Concierge Matching Agreement

Ceylora Journeys is a bespoke travel concierge and trip designer. We design custom Sri Lanka itineraries free of charge and connect you with tour operators and chauffeur-guides licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA). We are not a tour operator and do not sell travel packages.

Your booking, ground services (transport, guiding, hotels, activities) and payments are contracted directly between you and your matched SLTDA operator, under that operator's own booking and cancellation terms.

We charge travellers nothing. We may receive a referral commission from partner operators; this never increases the price you are quoted.

Sample journeys and guide prices are indicative. Final pricing, availability and inclusions are confirmed only in your operator's written quote.

Complimentary VIP perks are offered after we verify a genuine deposit receipt from a Ceylora-matched operator. Perks are subject to availability, non-transferable and have no cash value.

Partners must hold a valid SLTDA licence, provide accurate information, and treat matched guests to the standards set out in their application. We may remove partners who do not.

Because ground services are delivered by independent operators, Ceylora Journeys is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or losses, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
